All watches sold on our website are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

2. Refund for Non-Working Products

A refund will only be processed if the watch received is not functioning at the time of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video may be required as proof.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If the watch is confirmed to be non-functional, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse or external factors, the refund request will be declined.
