3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

  • In case of order cancellation from our side, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Refund & Returns

  • Refunds will only be provided if the watch received is non-functional at the time of delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

  • The product must be returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.

Any warranty provided is limited to manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, water exposure (unless specified as water-resistant), physical damage, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
