  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Sun Watch and Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking information.


5. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • Sun Watch and Company is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or unboxing video).

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
